2018 4th International Conference on Education, Learning and Training (ICELT 2018) will be held in Ming Chuan University, Taipei, Taiwan, during August 13-15, 2018. It aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and professionals from the industry, academia and government to discourse on research and development, professional practice in Education, Learning and Training.
ICELT 2018 aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and scholar students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of Education, Learning and Training, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Education, Learning and Training and related areas. Official language is English in paper writing and presenting.
ICELT will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or a journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the ICELT reviewing period.
Submission guideline
Paper Submission: Authors are invited to submit an unpublished original work that must not have been submitted to another conference, workshop or journal. All papers will be peer-reviewed by members of the Program Committee and be evaluated for originality, significance of the contribution, technical correctness and presentation.
Submitted research track and application track manuscripts will be limited to 5 pages and REQUIRED to be formatted using the Proceedings template in WORD. The submitted papers can only be in the format of PDF or WORD. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to attend the conference and present the paper. Submissions should include paper title, abstract, name of authors, their affiliations, and emails addresses.
Formatting instructions
Conference papers need to be prepared according to conference proceedings format.
If you don’t want to publish your paper, but just to share experience or research results at the conference, submission of an abstract is acceptable.
Regular Papers: 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. For extra pages, it will be charged at 50USD per page.
Submission Methods: Papers for publication must be submitted in full paper electronically via https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICELT2018.

Day 1:
The first day is all about registration, participants are supposed to sign in at the conference venue and collect all the conference materials at the registration counter on this day from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, the registration is still open on the 2nd day of the conference within the same time.
Day 2:
The conference chair will be hosting a opening ceremony around 9:00 am in the morning, and all the participants are supposed to be there, then the keynote speakers will deliver their spectacular speeches and share their cutting-edge research fruits with the participants. During the intermission, there will be a photo session for all the participants to take a group photo.
Participants’ presentations are divided into different sessions based on the conference topics, participants should find the right session room and be there at least 3 minutes easier to copy his ppt./pdf. presentation into the laptop and get ready. Then the session chair will start the session on time, and give a grade to each presentation, which should be within 15 minutes, including Q&A.
After all the sessions are finished, the conference chair and the organizer will be hosting a closing ceremony at dinner time around 7:00 pm, where the best papers will be announced, and the certificates will be awarded. However, due to some participants’ early departure, best presentation may be selected and announced right after each session ends.
Day 3:
The detailed conference program will be ready in the late of July 2018.
