1. If any other clause in this contract is in conflict with the supplementary condition(s), the supplementary condition(s) should be taken as final and binding.

本合同其他任何条款如与本附加条款有抵触时，以本附加条款为准。

2. We think it necessary to include a force majeure clause in the contract.

我方认为很有必要在合同中加进不可抗力这一条款。

3. We regret having to inform you that we cannot accept payment by D/P.

很遗憾，我方不能接受付款交单的付款方式。

4. We think your draft contract needs some modification.

我方认为贵方草拟的合同需要做一些修改。

5. Any modification or alteration to the contract shall only be made with the consent of both parties.
