1. If both parties do not agree to renew the contract at its expiration, it will automatically become void.

如果到期后双方不想再续约，合约就会自动无效。

2. If you want to terminate the contract before its term is up, you should notify us of its cancellation six months before.

如果贵方想在期满之前终止合约，必须提前6个月通知我方。

4. If you can’t obtain the approval from the government agencies concerned, the agreement will become null and void in all respects.

如果贵方不能获得政府有关部门的批准，合同就会全面失效。
