没有委托的人授权，代理人不得向客户收款。

（买卖之间）直接，货主与货主之间

我们愿与你方直接开立账户（做买卖）。

 

②做前置定语时也可写作principal-to-principal

【例】We allow commission only to firms acting as agents, not to importers who are trading with us on principal-to-principal basis.

我们仅对充当代理人的中间商给予佣金，面对那些同我们进行业主与业主之间直接贸易的进口商不给予佣金。
