Madam President,
中方感谢迪卡洛副秘书长、欧安组织轮值主席特别代表格劳大使、欧安组织特别监察团首席监察员塞维克大使的通报。
I thank Ms. Rosemary DiCarlo, Under-Secretary-General for Political and Peacebuilding Affairs, H.E. Ms. Heidi Grau, Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, H.E. Mr. Halit Cevik, Chief Monitor of OSCE Special Monitoring Mission, for their briefings.
2015年2月签署的新明斯克协议得到联合国安理会核可，为政治调解乌克兰危机发挥了至关重要的作用。明天是协议签署6周年。遗憾的是，协议很多条款迄未得到落实，乌克兰危机政治解决还未取得根本性进展。
Signed in February 2015 and endorsed by the Security Council, Minsk Agreement II has played a vital role in the political mediation of the Ukrainian crisis. Tomorrow will mark the sixth anniversary of the signing of the agreement. Regrettably, many provisions of the agreement have yet to be implemented, and there has been no fundamental progress in the political settlement of the Ukrainian crisis.
中方呼吁有关各方切实履行协议，坚持政治解决的大方向，通过对话协商，寻求危机的全面解决，推动乌克兰实现和平、稳定与发展，促进乌克兰各民族和谐相处，促进乌克兰与地区各国和平共处。
China calls on all parties concerned to earnestly implement the agreement, stay committed to the direction of political settlement, seek a comprehensive solution to the crisis through dialogue and consultations, promote peace, stability and development in Ukraine, strive for harmonious relationship among all ethnic groups in Ukraine and promote peaceful coexistence between Ukraine and countries in the region.
中方在乌克兰危机问题上一贯秉持客观、公正立场，尊重包括乌克兰在内所有国家的主权和领土完整，反对任何外部势力干涉乌内政。我们始终认为，武力解决方案没有出路，对话和谈判是解决危机的唯一途径。中方将继续为政治解决乌克兰危机发挥建设性作用。
China has all along upheld an objective and impartial position on the Ukrainian crisis. We respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all countries, including Ukraine. We oppose any external interference in Ukraine’s internal affairs. We always believe that military solution offers no way out. Dialogue and negotiation is the only way to resolve crisis. China will continue to play a constructive role in the political settlement of the Ukrainian crisis.
