大家好！值此穆斯林传统佳节——宰牲节之际，我谨代表中国政府和人民，向苏丹主权委员会主席布尔汉、过渡政府总理哈姆杜克以及兄弟的苏丹人民和广大在苏穆斯林民众致以诚挚问候和美好祝福！
Greetings to all! On the occasion of the Corban Festival, a traditional festival observed by Muslims, I wish to extend, on behalf of the government and people of China, cordial greetings and best wishes to President of Sudan’s Sovereign Council Abdel Fattah Al Burhan, Prime Minister of the transitional government Abdalla Hamdok, our Sudanese brothers and sisters, and all Muslims in Sudan.
宰牲节是全球穆斯林的重大节日，象征着团结、友谊、祥和与幸福，普天同庆，千古流芳。太平世界同凉热，包括新疆在内的2300多万中国穆斯林民众同苏丹及全球穆斯林一道，烹牛宰羊、载歌载舞，共同迎接这一盛大时刻的到来，彰显了伊斯兰教开放包容、和睦共生的精神追求。
For Muslims across the globe, the Corban Festival is an important occasion that embodies unity, friendship, peace and happiness. With a shared desire for a peaceful world, 23 million Muslims in Xinjiang and other parts of China, together with those in Sudan and other countries, celebrates this festive moment by sacrificing livestock, sharing it among themselves and with others, and enjoying themselves with dancing and music. The occasion mirrors the Islamic aspiration for openness, inclusiveness, and harmonious coexistence.
节日的喜庆，我们用沉思深悟去充实；节日的祥和，我们用互爱互助去感恩。同心同德、守望相助是伊斯兰教倡导的崇高理念，也是中苏关系历久弥坚的鲜明底色。经过携手抗疫的真情淬炼，中苏友谊更加深厚，发展前景愈发广阔，新的合作硕果正不断孕育而生。我们坚信，如月之恒，如日之升，中苏两国定将在并肩奋斗中冲破疫情阴霾，深化命运与共，守护好人类的共同家园。
During the festival celebrations, people reflect on themselves in great festivity, and express gratitude with love and care to others. Standing with each other in solidarity is a lofty ideal advocated by Islam. It is also the defining feature of the longstanding relations between China and Sudan. With concerted efforts to contain COVID-19, China and Sudan make their friendship firmer with broader prospects, and new achievements of bilateral cooperation are in the making. We are convinced that with relations as constant as the moon and the sun, the two countries are bound to rise from the gloom of the epidemic in unity, deepen cooperation for a shared future, and protect the shared home of mankind together.
最后，值此良辰吉日，我再次祝愿苏丹国泰民安、繁荣昌盛！祝愿苏丹人民节日吉庆、幸福安康！祝愿中苏友谊蓬勃发展、万古长青！
Once again, at this auspicious moment, I wish Sudan a flourishing and prosperous future, and Sudanese people a happy festival and a joyful and peaceful life. May China and Sudan enjoy thriving and everlasting friendship!
