Language Awareness  

语言意识

A term used especially in educational linguistics, to refer to an informed, sensitive and critical response to the use of language by oneself and others, including the awareness of relevant terminology (metalinguistic awareness).

主要用于教育语言学，指对自己或他人使用的语言做出明达的、敏感的、批判性的反应，包括意识到相关的术语（“元语言意识”）。
