称呼

The general use of this term, in the sense of “the manner of referring to someone in direct linguistic interaction”, has provided sociolinguistics with a major field of study. Forms of address have been analyzed between different types of participant in different social situations, and rules proposed to explain the speaker’s choice of terms, e.g. governing the use of first names, titles, intimate pronouns, etc.

一般用法是指“在直接的语言交往中指称某人的方式”，现已成为社会语言学的一个重要研究方面。对称呼语的分析涉及不同社会环境中不同类型的参与者，提出的规则是为了解释说话人对称呼语的选择，例如在教名、职称、亲昵的代词之间作出选择。
