About IACL
The annual meeting of the International Association of Chinese Linguistics (IACL) is an international conference, which has been held at various prestigious institutions of Asia, Europe, Australia, and North America over the past 20 plus years. It has become a major conference for scholars and students around the world working on various aspects of Chinese linguistics and related studies. Its 2018 annual conference (IACL-26) will be held at University of Wisconsin-Madison which will be its host for the 2nd time (UW-Madison was the host for IACL-4 in 1995). After 23 years, UW-Madison is happy to have this opportunity to host the annual conference for IACL again.
About ICCLC
The International Conference on Chinese Language and Culture (ICCLC) is an international meeting, which was initiated by Hanyang University (Seoul, South Korea) and co-organized by more than ten universities in the Asia-Pacific region (including Arizona State University, Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University, Hanyang University, Hunan University, Indiana University-Bloomington, Nankai University, Sichuan Normal University, University of Macau, University of Wisconsin-Madison, Xiamen University, etc.). The ICCLC aims to promote the study of Chinese language and culture, and strengthen academic communication among scholars in the fields. ICCLC-20 will be held concurrently with IACL-26 at University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2018. For the paper submitted to ICCLC-20, please title the subject of the e-mail with “ABSTRACT-ICCLC20”.
