多用复数形式指某一系列的、成套的条例或规章。
【例】The operator will conduct its business in accordance with the company’s supervisory regulations.
经营商愿按照公司的监督规章来经营自身的业务。
【2】(条例、规章等)制订
【例】For nonfood products, regulation is less easily devised and far less easily enforced.
对非食物产品,制订法规不易,而执行法规更难。
reimbursable
可偿付的,可赎买的
【例】Common stock is worth more than reimbursable shares.
普通股比可赎回的股票更值钱。
reimburse
偿还,付还
①表示偿还什么费用,后面可接用for。
【例】We shall not fail to reimburse you by remittance for the optional charges.
我们不会不将选港费汇给你方。
②可用反身代词作宾语。
【例】Please reimburse yourselves through the Bank of China, Head Office, Beijing, to the debit of the Government of Sri Lanka Account A for the year of 2000.
