【1】需要

②过去分词用作定语。
【例】As the manufacture of the goods in your required assortment entails additional expense of 5% of the selling price, we have to request you to amend your assortment in the L/C according to the contract.
由于按你方所需要的搭配生产必须增加售价5%的耗费，我们得要求你方按合同修改你方信用证中的型号（花色）搭配。
③可接用动名词（形式上是主动的，而意义上是被动的）。

所有的这些仪器都需要修理。

①接用名词作宾语，另加用of sb。
