离岸价格（条件）

 

全文是Free On Board，可简写为FOB（大写时，一般可不加下圆点）。

【例】Our price terms are FOB Shanghai.

我方的价格条件是上海离岸价格。

 

focus

【1】焦点，集中点

 

【例】At that time, the focus of work to enter the WTO had shifted from bilateral negotiations to multilateral negotiation.

当时参加WTO的工作中心已从双边谈判转移到多边谈判。

 

【2】集中

 

宾语后常接on，句式：focus +宾语+ on sth。

【例】We must focus our attention [thoughts, efforts] on the question of reducing costs.

我们必须将注意力［思想，劲头］集中在降低成本问题上。

 

【3】focus on集中力量［注意力］于

 

【例】Many firms are focusing on increasing their markets overseas.

许多公司正集中力量于增进海外销售市场上。

 

follow

【1】跟着到来

 

【例】Your inquiry is appreciated and we hope you will follow it with an order.

感激你方询价，希望随后送来订单。

 

【2】按照执行，仿效

 

【例】We hope that you will strictly follow the stipulations of the Contract.

希望贵方能严格执行合同条款。

 

【3】接着发生，跟着到来

 

【例】Samples, catalogues and price lists will follow separately.

样品、目录和价格单将另行寄上。

 

【4】as follows如下

 

【例】The winners are as follows: E. Walker; R. Foster; R. Gates; A. Mackintosh.

获胜者如下：E.沃克、R.福斯特、R.盖茨和A.麦金托什。

 

【5】follow out执行

 

【例】What is important is to follow out a contract once signed.

重要的是在签约后要完成履约义务。
