【例】We think it necessary that a Force Majeure Clause be included in the contract.

代表集体事物时，不用复数形式。意义上指几件事或物时，可用表示复数的动词。

【例】All the foregoing applies to business already closed.

以上所述全部适用于已成交的交易。
