我希望货物能按发票金额的130%投保。

 

②说明投保情况时要使用不同的介词。

句式：cover insurance on… (goods, order, contract) against… (risk) for… (amount)… with [in]… (insurance company)

【例】ln compliance with your request, we have covered the insurance on tablecloths against All Risks for 110% of the invoice value with the People’s Insurance Company of China.

根据你方要求，我们已对台布按发票金额的110%向中国人民保险公司投保一切险。

 

③可搭配使用不同的动词。

【例】We will arrange [effect, etc.] insurance on your behalf.

我们愿代你方投保。

 

④可用作定语。

【例】Since this price is determined on the basis of CFR, the insurance premium should be borne by the buyer.

由于这一价格是按CFR确定的，保险费应由买方负担。

 

insure

【1】投保

 

注意：说明投保的不同情况时，要求使用不同的介词。

①We generally insure WPA on CIF sales.

按CIF价出售的货物，我们一般投保水渍险。

 

②说明投保金额用for，但也有用at的。

句式：insure WPA [FPA, against All Risk] for [at]... (amount).

【例】Please insure against All Risks for 10% over [above] the total invoice value.

请按发票总金额的110%投保一切险。

 

【2】给……保险

 

①注意：说明投保的不同情况，要求使用不同的介词。

【例】Every firm insures itself against loss or damage to its property.

每个公司都给自己的财产保险，以防破坏与损失。

 

②可用其过去分词作定语或补语。

【例】The FPA (free from particular average) confines the insurer’s liability to only total loss of the insured cargo.

平安险限定了承保人的责任为：在被投保的货物全部损失时承保人才负责任。

 

【3】保证

 

作“保证”讲时多拼写为ensure。

【例】The premium is low if a policy protects the insured against a few limited risks.

如果保险单仅为被保险人提供少数有限的险别，保险费就低。
