常用于疑问句、否定句或条件句中。

①用作及物动词时，可接用名词或动名词。

【例】Would you mind passing our order to the sales manager?

②用作不及物动词

【例】Would you mind if I finished typing these invoices tonight?

假如今晚我打完这些发票，您有异议吗？
