后面可接用with、on、over、for。句式：negotiate with sb on [over, for] sth。

【例】We are willing to negotiate with you on [over] your proposal to act as our agent.

【3】议付，承兑（票证等）

中国银行拒绝承兑该汇票。

 

②动名词用作定语。
