先发部分货物

 

Partial Shipment

 

A: The order is so urgently required that we have to ask you to speed up shipment. If shipment is too late, we’ll have to turn to other suppliers.

 

A：由于订单很急，所以我们必须要求你们加快发货。如果发货太迟的话，我们就不得不寻找其他供货商。

 

 

B: I’m sorry, but we can’t advance shipment. The manufacturers are fully committed. They have no stock on hand.

 

B：对不起，但是我们不能提前发货。厂商已经在赶单了。他们已经没有库存了。

 

 

A: Can you find some way for an earlier delivery?

 

A：那您有没有办法能加快发货呢？

 

 

B: How’s this then? We propose partial shipment. We can ship whatever is ready to meet your urgent need instead of waiting for the whole lot to get ready.

 

B：这么办怎么样？我们建议先发部分货。先装运已生产出来的货物解你们的燃眉之急，而不是等到所有的货物都备齐才发货。

 

 

A: Sounds a good idea.

 

A：这个主意听上去不错。

 

 

B: We propose to deliver 50 percent in June and the balance in August.

 

B：我们提议在6月发50%的货，其余的于8月发出。

 

 

A: I agree with your proposal.
