【1】陪同，伴随

①【例】We would be pleased to accompany your representative to our manufacturing plants.

我们乐意陪伴你方代表参观我方的制造厂。

②accompany本来用于人，而商业英语中常常把accompanied by [with]用于物，相当于attached with，together with。

【例】We shall draw on you with our draft accompanied with shipping documents.

我们将对你方开出附有装船单据的汇票收款。

accord

【1】给予

①可接用双宾语，也可在间接宾语前用介词to。

【例】We trust you will accord this matter your serious attention.

我们相信你方会对这件事予以认真的考虑。

【2】符合，一致

①后面常接用with。

【例】This accords with the interests and the desire of our two peoples.

这是符合我们两国人民的利益和愿望的。

【3】in accord (with)（与……）一致

【例】We regret to say that your shipment and sample are not in accord.

很遗憾，你方的货物与样品不相一致。

【4】（国家之家、企业之间等的）协议

【例】The Minister of Moftec will sign the bilateral trade and economic cooperation accord with him.

对外贸易经济合作部部长将同他签署双边贸易经济合作协议。

accordance

【1】in accordance with根据，与……一致

①用以引出状语。

【例】In accordance with faxes exchanged, we are glad to have sold you 50 tons castor bean.

按照双方往来电传，我们很高兴已售给你方50吨蓖麻籽。

②用以引出表语。

【例】Party B shall guarantee that the machines to be provided are in accordance with Party A’s requirements and specifications.

乙方保证其供给的机器符合甲方的要求和规格。

③表语中accordance可用形容词来修饰。

【例】The quality must be in strict accordance with the sample.

质量必须同样品严格一致。
