2020年是极不平凡、挑战丛生的一年，也是给我们留下最多特殊记忆的一年。这一年，我们忍受了分别，才更珍惜相聚；我们经历了动乱，才更爱护和平；我们见过隧道的黑暗，才更向往前行的光明。我们感受了悲伤和痛苦，但却收获了更多的感动和温情。
2020 is an extraordinary and challenging year, left us with so many unforgettable memories. We endured separation from the loved ones during this year and thus treasured the reunion more. We experienced chaos and therefore cherished the peace more. We have been trapped in the darkness and thus yearned more for the light of the new dawn. We have suffered grief but also harvested strength and hope.
在这一年里，中国迈出了坚定的脚步。我们取得了抗击疫情重大成果，抵御了严重洪涝灾害，实现了摆脱绝对贫困。我们坚定支持抗疫国际合作，达成区域全面经济伙伴关系协定，同欧盟完成中欧投资协定谈判。为了地球家园，我们率先承诺在2060年前实现碳中和，“嫦娥5号”为全人类带回了40年来首份月球岩土。
This year 2020, China is determined to overcome the challenges. We made great efforts to contain the pandemic, defeat severe floods, and eradicate extreme poverty. We firmly uphold multilateralism by actions. We support the international response to fighting the pandemic. We joined the RCEP. And we completed the negotiation of a comprehensive agreement on investment with the EU. For the future of our planet Earth, we pledged to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060. The Chang’e-5 spacecraft brought lunar samples to Earth for the first time in 40 years for all mankind.
在这一年里，中挪关系实现了逆势上扬。两国相互支持抗疫，在双边和联合国、世卫组织、全球疫苗免疫联盟、流行病预防创新联盟等多边框架下开展系列合作，为全球抗疫贡献力量 。王毅国务委员8月成功访挪。中挪双边经贸增长约60%，中挪自贸协定达成在即。两国正积极开展蓝色海洋、绿色可持续发展、白色冰雪等多项合作。
This year 2020, Norway and China have been supportive of each other. We combat the pandemic and contribute to global efforts through bilateral cooperation and multilateral frameworks such as the UN, WHO, Gavi, and CEPI. State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi made a successful visit to Norway in August. The bilateral trade volume has increased by 60%, and the two sides are working closely on the FTA negotiation. Cooperation in the fields of ocean, sustainable development, and winter sports also yielded much progress.
如何总结过去，代表了我们将怎样面对未来。中国给出的答卷，是守望相助、坚守承诺、担负责任、包容共赢、创造未来。正如中国国家主席习近平在新年致辞中所说，“经历了一年来的风雨，我们比任何时候都更加深切体会到人类命运共同体的意义。”历史正在掀开新的篇章。尽管未来仍面临许多的不确定性，但我们将始终怀抱美好希望，愿同挪威与挪威人民一道，相互理解、彼此尊重，开展更多合作，维护国际秩序，促进人类进步，为世界贡献更多智慧和正能量。
The past is a mirror of the future. China’s answer to global challenges has always been to support each other, to shoulder our commitments and responsibilities with inclusive and win-win minds. As President Xi stressed in his New Year address, “After a year of hardship, we can understand more than ever the significance of a community with a shared future for mankind.” What lies ahead for us is uncertain. The only way is to carry on and never give up hope. On this very first day of 2021, we look forward to working with Norwegian friends, for a better understanding of each other, for mutual respect, for more cooperation, better international order, and continuous progress of humanity.
祝2021年中挪两国繁荣稳定，人民幸福安康，中挪友谊历久弥坚！
