资格，干事的条件

【例】The bidder shall furnish, as a part of its [his] bid, documents establishing the bidder’s eligibility to bid and its [his] qualification to perform the contract if its [his] bid is accepted.

作为自己投标书的一部分，投标人应提供证件证明其投标的资格及中标后执行合同的条件。

qualified

合格的，有资格的

①【例】Sellers must send the export goods as required while buyers must accept the qualified goods.

②多用作表语，后面接用不定式或for。

【例】We are qualified to do [for doing] import and export business in this district.

我公司有资格在这一地区经营进出口业务。

③使用带有不定式的qualified作定语时应后置（置于所修饰的名词之后）。

【例】Mr. Alan Davis, who is in charge of the business of our stainless-steel sinks, is the person qualified to answer your inquiry.
