①和反身代词连用,后面接用in [with]加动名词。句式:occupy oneself in [with] doing sth。
【例】We busily occupied ourselves for a full month in getting your goods ready for shipment.

②多用于过去分词作表语,接用with [in]。句式:be occupied with sth或be occupied in [with] doing sth。
